Blurring Boundaries, Connecting Spaces
Featuring a seven-meter-high ceiling and panoramic views on three sides, the main space of the center provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor experiences. Passers-by can catch glimpses of inner activities from the car park and pedestrian lanes, fostering a sense of openness and connectivity. The Centre itself serves as an alternative pathway, linking the lower and upper esplanades, further blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.
Elegance in Simplicity
Despite its minimalist design, the Centre exudes sophistication through meticulous attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials. Raw elements such as cast concrete, larch wood, and white painted hollow bricks are combined to create a sense of refinement and elegance. Notable features include an oblique line carved in concrete, guiding visitors towards the entrance hall, and circles of light illuminating the acroterion at dusk, reminiscent of cascading curtain folds.
