Positioned at the heart of a newly established office industrial park in the Honggutan New District, the cloud center enjoys a strategic location surrounded by mature infrastructure. With business blocks, youth apartments, and low-rise offices in close proximity, the center serves as a focal point for community activities.
Design Intent
Amidst the rapid urbanization of the area, the design aimed to foster a sense of community and leisure within the office park.
